IPY-5 National Committees
IPY-5 National Committees will play a central role in coordinating national contributions to IPY-5. These committees will connect local and national efforts to the international IPY-5 coordination and help ensure that research, data, education, and outreach activities are effectively aligned with global objectives.
Countries interested in contributing to IPY-5 may establish an IPY-5 National Committee from October 2025 onwards.

Japan
